NOTICE OF VACANCY

IN OFFICE OF COUNCILLOR

PARISH OF BROUGHTON-IN-AMOUNDERNESS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

That a vacancy has arisen, following the resignation of Peter Bunting, in the office of Councillor for the Parish Council.

If a request for an election to fill the said vacancy is made in writing within 14 days after the date of this notice to the Returning Officer at the Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL by TEN electors for the said Broughton-in-Amounderness Parish Council area, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
