Information regarding Report It: Transfer of highways reports to Love Clean Streets.

Information regarding Report It: Transfer of highways reports to Love Clean Streets. I’ve received this email. So we will all need Love Clean streets to report pot holes.

We are emailing you as you have previously reported a highways issue to Lancashire County Council via the Report It website.

We wanted to inform you that the Report It website will change on Wednesday 22 February 2023 as we move over to the Love Clean Streets website.

From Wednesday 22 February, any highways issues you report to us on our website, will be made on the Love Clean Streets website.

You will need to create an account with Love Clean Streets before you can make your report. To do this, you will need an email address and password. If you have already created an account via the Love Clean Streets mobile app, you will be able to use this to login to the website, however you will need to save a password.

Any highways reports you submit to us via the Report It website before 22 February, will be transferred over to the new Love Clean Streets website. If you would like to be able to access these via the new Love Clean Streets website or app, then you will need to provide us with your email address, along with your consent below.
