2023 Broughton Scarecrow Parade

The 2023 Broughton Scarecrow Parade Team needs more members so we can get ready for this year’s event.

We need someone to run the web page, run the publicity, manage the entries & photograph the entries.

If you want to get involved with the team please come along to the Cottage on Friday 10th March at 7pm.

This year we are coordinating our parade with King Charles’ Coronation. This parade will run from Monday 1st May to Monday 8th May. The theme will be “Charlie” interpret it as you think!

There will be three categories with prizes: best business, best domestic and an overall champion. There will also be a “public” choice prize where you will have a chance to vote on your favourite scarecrow, details of how to enter and how to be part of the Public Choice will be on the Posters will go up on the 1st April when entries will open…
